Become a key player at Price Industries Limited as a Finishing Systems Engineering Assistant in Winnipeg. This 8-month role focuses on manufacturing support and process improvement within a dynamic team environment.

We're seeking an Engineering student to join our innovative facility at Price Industries. Your work will include supporting machine setups, documenting processes, and contributing to safety and efficiency improvements. You’ll engage in lean manufacturing initiatives and assist in optimizing chemical processes to enhance operational output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support machine moves, setup, and removal processes

• Participate in safety and sustainability improvement projects

• Assist with planning and tracking small project improvements

• Review and document existing manufacturing processes

• Help optimize shop floor layouts using 2D CAD tools

Requirements:

• Enrollment in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related program

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications

• Ability to read and create technical drawings

• Interest in automation and process improvement

• Familiarity with finishing processes is a plus
