We are seeking Seed Technicians to support a breeding organization by assisting with various aspects of seed quality analysis. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced technology and collaborate with research scientists to support the development of high-quality canola products.

• Receive, sort, clean, and scan seed samples.
• Pack and prepare seed samples for quality analysis.
• Organize and maintain seed inventory and supplies.
• Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
• Quick learner with the ability to work using own initiative.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in agriculture, laboratory, manufacturing, or a related field is an asset.

• Shift schedule:
  Workday shifts are 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM. Weekend shifts are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Contract duration: 6–10 weeks.

• Estimated Salary: $14.86 to $22.86 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
