Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and changeover plastic molding machines

• Monitor production processes using established checklists

• Troubleshoot molding and extrusion machinery issues

• Maintain production data and quality control records

• Assist and train junior technicians as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma and 2-4 years of experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical knowledge

• Ability to troubleshoot process issues independently

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
