We are looking for efficient and detail-oriented Pre-Fabrication Technicians to join our Production Team. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of materials and components needed for production. Your attention to detail and efficiency are key to ensuring smooth production operations and high-quality output.

Pre-Fabrication Technician

Location:

2168 Springfield Road (no bus routes)

Role Type:
Full-time, Monday
- Friday Day & Evening

Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect products using measurement tools to meet quality standards.
  • Prepare and organize materials through kitting and staging for production readiness.
  • Label parts appropriately and store them in designated zones.
  • Perform daily equipment startup, shutdown, and cleaning.
  • Conduct basic preventative maintenance and replace consumables as needed.
  • Measure and cut components accurately to prevent errors.
  • Load, unload, and handle materials efficiently to maintain production flow.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a manufacturing or pre-fabrication environment is an asset.
  • Strong technical skills, including reading blueprints and adjusting machine settings.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. safely and consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

    - Friday; 3:30PM - 11:30PM
