Candidates will assist operators, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean work environment. The role includes 12-hour shifts, providing opportunities to learn about extruders and participate in weekly resin inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Operators in preparing shift orders

• Support manual operation of extruders

• Conduct routine quality checks on products

• Perform maintenance on company equipment

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 6+ months experience with hand tools

• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude

• Ability to follow instructions independently

• Team-oriented with good communication skills
