As a Manual Machinist II, you'll be essential in our Winnipeg operations, tasked with reading blueprints, operating equipment, and manufacturing precise aerospace components. Your skills with precision tools will ensure high standards and tolerances while supporting continuous improvements in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately
• Set up and operate Manual and/or CNC machining equipment
• Measure and inspect components with precision tools
• Manufacture and repair aerospace components to specifications
• Troubleshoot machining setups to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Training or experience in machining preferred
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
