As a Turning Machine Operator, you will set up and operate multiple CNC machines and robotic loading systems. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, quality monitoring, and training other operators while ensuring compliance with production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and set up CNC turning processes and robotic systems
• Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve production issues
• Monitor production processes and conduct routine maintenance
• Inspect work using precision measuring equipment
• Record data accurately in production tracking systems
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Related turning experience or mechanical aptitude
• Adequate computer skills for production procedures
• Ability to read and interpret production prints
• Commitment to 5S housekeeping practices
