As a Run to Standard Engineer at Pollard Banknote, you will play a critical role in developing manufacturing standards and machine parameters. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production standards and testing procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering

• Minimum 2 years in a similar manufacturing role

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation

• Familiarity with printing and converting processes

• Willingness to travel within Canada and USA
