Position: Facility Operator Role in Corunna
Step into a crucial role as a Facility Operator in GFL’s Corunna Facility, part of the Ontario Onsite division. Your responsibilities will encompass various industrial services including waste processing and water treatment throughout the year.

In this position, you'll handle mobile equipment, ensuring that waste is processed safely and promptly. You will assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, operate processing machinery, and uphold GFL’s high service standards. The job entails completing necessary paperwork and job hazard assessments while fostering a culture of safety among your peers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process waste safely and efficiently

• Load and unload waste from containers

• Operate mobile equipment and troubleshoot issues

• Maintain shop cleanliness and equipment

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols

Requirements:

• Valid DZ License is an asset

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work extended hours

• Mechanical knowledge is beneficial

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
