Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise overnight production and ensure quality part delivery
• Plan labor based on production and delivery schedules

• Implement Lean strategies for workflow efficiency
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 8+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Strong leadership and knowledge of manufacturing processes

• Comfortable in a hands-on production environment
