CNC Programming Specialist Custom Castings

This position is key in shaping our operational excellence through effective CNC programming and process improvement. You will collaborate with engineers and quality teams to refine machining workflows while also supporting CNC operators with your expertise.
Your role will involve developing efficient toolpaths and debugging machining processes for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize existing CNC programs and workflows
• Collaborate with engineering for process improvements
• Estimate setup requirements for new CNC jobs
• Train operators on programming and setups
• Manage revisions and maintain accurate CNC backups
Requirements:
• Experienced CNC Programmer or Journeyperson Machinist
• Minimum 3-5 years in a manufacturing setting
• Strong CAM software skills required
• Familiar with engineering drawings and GD&T
• Attention to detail in quality production
