Your Role

As Logistics Supervisor, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:

Leading and developing a unionized shipping team while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement

Coordinating daily shipping operations to ensure on-time delivery and smooth plant flow

Monitoring inventory accuracy and ensuring alignment between production and logistics

Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize shipping performance

Collaborating with production, customer service, and external partners to resolve delays and issues

Supporting workforce planning, training, and performance management activities

Ensuring health, safety, and operational standards are consistently applied

What you bring

You're a natural fit for Logistics Supervisor if you have:

5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment

Proven experience supervising teams in a fast‑paced, operational setting

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage performance and support employee development

Experience working in a unionized environment (asset)

Solid problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

Experience with inventory control and production‑logistics coordination

Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP (asset)

A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive change
