Join Greif as a Machine Tender, where you’ll engage in essential manufacturing processes. This Day Shift role focuses on equipment maintenance and quality assurance.
Greif, an international leader in packaging, is seeking a dedicated Machine Tender for the Day Shift, scheduled from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and performing maintenance tasks. This role is vital in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery and workspace
• Operate relevant machinery and assist in tasks
• Conduct routine quality checks and report issues
• Follow safety regulations and protocols
• Perform various non-technical duties as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent typically required
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to listen and follow instructions
• Willingness to work in diverse roles
• Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous
