AROW Global is hiring General Labour Production Helpers in Winnipeg! This is a full-time opportunity focusing on assembly and quality checks in a dynamic manufacturing facility.
In this role, you'll work with various materials and assist in daily production tasks. AROW Global values integrity, community, and excellence, providing a supportive environment for growth. With wages ranging from $17.65 to $18.25 per hour, you’ll be an essential part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in assembly processing of agricultural components
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products
Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to follow safety protocols
• Capability to stand for extended periods
