Lead day-to-day operations as a Plant Supervisor at Mauser Packaging Solutions. Your focus on safety, quality, and efficiency will drive team success in a busy manufacturing environment.
As a Plant Supervisor, you will oversee a production team, ensuring goals are met while providing coaching and support. Your leadership will maintain high standards in safety, quality, and productivity. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement using lean techniques, all while motivating team progress at the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training programs for safety and production objectives
• Supervise production to meet goals efficiently
• Monitor shift performance for quality and safety
• Implement cost-effective systems to improve efficiencies
• Act as point of contact for mechanical issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in production
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices
• Strong organizational skills for policy enforcement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
