Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational functions and labor costs

• Direct repair, remanufacturing, and testing processes

• Create and manage annual budgets and forecasts

• Collaborate with departments on operational challenges

Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher in Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing or aerospace environment

• At least 3 years in production or testing roles

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office

• Capacity to read and interpret operational documents
