In this key leadership position, you'll direct a diverse team of locomotive maintenance professionals r responsibilities encompass planning and executing maintenance activities while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. You'll have the opportunity to optimize production continuity and drive accountability through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide mechanical supervisors in maintenance planning
• Ensure shift production continuity and compliance
• Communicate business objectives and validate briefs
• Monitor stock/material levels for efficient operations
• Maintain strong relationships with union representatives
Requirements:
• High school diploma or mechanical/electrical certification
• A valid driver's license is necessary
• 3+ years’ experience in railroad operations
• Experience with GE and EMD locomotive types
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
Lead with CPKC, focusing on safety and high standards in locomotive maintenance.
