Production QC/QA, Production Associate / Production Line

Responsibilities- Operate machines to shape and clean lenses.
- Insert lenses into matching frames.
- Inspect the final product to ensure quality standards are met.
- Cross‑train across coating, finishing and surfacing areas to support flexible production.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum three (3) months of experience in a similar position.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail, precision and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and meet measurable standards in a dynamic production environment.
- Manual dexterity and depth perception.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with upper and lower extremities.
- Must be able to regularly lift 10 pounds.
- Experience in the optical or medical device manufacturing industry.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
