The Opportunity:

We're looking for skilled and motivated Front-End Operators to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and maintaining efficient production flow. Successful candidates are dependable team players with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow supervisors instructions.

Understand production scheduling.

Operate front-end saws and cutting equipment to process materials according to production requirements.

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.

Set up, calibrate, and adjust saws for accurate and efficient cutting.

Inspect raw materials for defects and ensure cut pieces meet quality standards.

Monitor equipment performance, perform routine maintenance, and report issues as needed.

Organize, label, and stack cut materials for downstream production processes.

Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.

Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and output goals.
