Position: Temporary Plant Performance Specialist

In this position, you will collaborate with production teams to enhance operational efficiency through effective monitoring and reporting of KPIs, OEE, and adherence to the Master Plan.

Your role will be pivotal in identifying improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor key plant performance indicators monthly

• Analyze trends in downtime data for targeted improvements

• Lead master plan reporting and follow-up actions

• Conduct field assessments to evaluate performance

• Support implementation of corrective actions in operations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• 1-3 years of manufacturing or project experience

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM concepts

• Knowledge of data analysis in manufacturing

• Lean Six Sigma training is an asset
