Reporting To: Stockroom Supervisor

Work Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming electronic materials both physically and through the ERP system.
• Put away, kit, and pack materials accurately and efficiently.
• Perform visual inspections of electronic parts and components to ensure quality standards.
• Ship products using proper packaging methods and ERP system documentation.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and written instructions/shop aids.
• Identify and report quality gaps during handling and processing.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Working knowledge of electronics and/or electronics manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP system experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a clear communication style and reliable attendance.
