Key Responsibilities:- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule production workers
- Ensure output meets specifications and shipping quality standards
- Develop methods for meeting production schedules
- Order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Train employees on duties, safety, and policies
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Three to five years of similar industry experience
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of production planning and machine controls
