Manufacturing Material Estimator

Manufacturing material estimating requires blueprint reading and material requirements planning knowledge. This on-site role is based at the physical workplace.
The Material Estimator works in a manufacturing setting, supporting production, construction, and other projects. You will interpret written specifications and production drawings while estimating materials and labour. The position requires attention to detail, organization, and excellent oral communication. A material requirements planning system is part of the stated technology knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Read blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings
Estimate materials required for production and construction projects
Estimate labour required for production and other projects
Apply material requirements planning system knowledge
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate
Two years to less than three years of experience
English language ability
Attention to detail in assigned estimating work
Organized approach with excellent oral communication
