Industrial Plant Operations Supervisor

Lead safe plant operations at Miller Environmental Corporation, applying industrial leadership, hazardous materials knowledge, and environmental compliance expertise daily.

The Operations Supervisor directs day-to-day plant activities across waste receiving, processing, material handling, and transfers. This hands-on leadership role prioritizes safety and environmental compliance, followed by productivity, operational performance, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate people, equipment, and resources while keeping operations effective.

• Lead daily waste receiving, processing, handling, and transfer operations
• Plan staffing, equipment, resources, and operational priorities
• Conduct inspections and address unsafe or environmental conditions
• Monitor throughput, productivity, equipment performance, and operational KPIs
• Coach personnel and communicate issues to the Plant Manager

• Post-secondary education in an industrial, technical, or related field
• Supervisory experience in industrial or chemical processing environments
• Understanding of workplace safety and environmental responsibilities
• Experience working with hazardous materials and industrial operations
• Ability to stand, walk, navigate facilities, wear PPE, and lift 50 pounds
