WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Performance Marketing Specialist leverages analytics, audience insights, and conversion optimization techniques to maximize ROI and collaborates with teams in UX/UI, product, and creative to deliver high-performing campaigns. Acting as a key contributor to the growth strategy, this role ensures the marketing teams efforts align with business objectives and elevates brand visibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and optimize online advertising performance and ROI to drive online sales growthMonitor KPIs and performance benchmarks aligned with business goals including ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, AOV, cart abandonment, and customer retentionDemonstrate technical proficiency with platforms including Meta and Google Ad Mangers, Avantlink and Google AnalyticsAnalyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; communicate to interdepartmental teams and stakeholdersBuild and refine audience targeting strategies using first-party and third-party dataManage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to maximize customer lifetime valueManage product feeds and ensure accurate catalog integration for dynamic adsMonitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and targetingAnalyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growthIdeal Experience
Professional
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, e-commerce, or online retail management experience is requiredProven track record of driving online sales growth through performance marketing is requiredDeep understanding of regional market differences specific to U.S. vs. Canadian consumer behaviorMarketing Agency Management experience is an assetEducational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field is preferredShopify and Amazon credentials are considered an asset
