Team Lead – Volkswagen World Cup Flag Distribution Campaign

Volkswagen is bringing soccer excitement to the streets of Toronto with a World Cup-themed flag distribution campaign, and we’re looking for an energetic, organized Team Lead to help lead the activation alongside our PR partner, Heads & Tales.

• June 11th – Mexico Game (Kensington Market): 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm
• June 11th – Korea (Koreatown): 7 pm – 10 pm
• June 14th – Germany (Front St): 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm
• June 16th – Argentina (College St): 7 pm – 10 pm
• June 17th – Portugal (Dundas St W): 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm

Shift times are tentative and subject to change.

Mandatory Training:
June 8 or June 9 (Time To Be Confirmed)

Pay:
Starting at $28/hour

• Lead and support the Brand Ambassador team during each activation
• Coordinate flag distribution activities in high-traffic areas
• Act as the main on-site contact between Brand Momentum, Volkswagen, and Heads & Tales
• Manage inventory and ensure all materials are available for each shift
• Store flag inventory and activation bins between event dates
• Track attendance and report any issues to the field management team
• Assist with set-up, tear-down, and transportation of materials
• Create an engaging and positive brand experience for the public

• Must have access to a personal vehicle
• Must be able to store several bins of flags and activation materials between shifts
• Must be available for training and all activation dates
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Previous event, promotional, or team‑lead experience preferred
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently

• Experienced Team Leads who thrive in fast‑paced event environments
• Qualified, outgoing, and confident communicators
• Individuals who can motivate a team while maintaining strong attention to detail
