We create terpene profiles for brands, formulators, and manufacturers primarily within the cannabis industry.
We don't just create amazing terpene profiles. We obsess over them. From flower-derived and strain-specific cannabis profiles to custom flavor systems for vapes, edibles, beverages, tinctures and topicals, our terpenes are ready to elevate brands to the next level. Our products sit at the cutting edge of what's possible in plant science. Now we're ready to bring that same obsessive energy to our content.

The Role
This is a rare opportunity to come in as the first dedicated In‑House Content Creator at a company that has spent a decade building real credibility in an exciting, fast‑moving industry. You’ll have an opportunity to write the content playbook, not just follow one.
You’ll own our visual and written identity across every touchpoint: from a 15‑second Reel to a long‑form educational video to a sales one‑pager and everything in between. Working directly with the founders and leadership team, you’ll build a content engine from the ground up, creating awareness for why we’re the best in the business, educating and inspiring our B2B audience, building brand credibility and authority, and ultimately winning over new customers.
Because once a potential customer tries our products, they’ll never want to go anywhere else!
This role is for someone who is as comfortable behind a camera as they are in Premiere Pro, who can write a compelling caption and a polished sell sheet, and who genuinely gets excited about creating content that highlights the innovative and wondrous world of terpenes!
What You’ll Do
Video & Social
Concept, shoot, edit, and publish short‑form video (ex: Reels, You Tube Shorts) on a consistent weekly cadence across Instagram, Linked In and You Tube
Produce long‑form video content including thought leadership/ industry insights pieces, founder stories, product differentiation & deep‑dives, terpene education series, and customer spotlights
Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube through original, on‑brand content
Design & Static Content
Design scroll‑stopping static posts, carousels, and Stories that reflect the Loud Spectrum visual identity
Create email graphics, campaign layouts, and newsletter visuals in collaboration with leadership
Develop and maintain branded templates for repeatable content formats
Copywriting & Brand Voice
Write copy across all formats — social captions, email campaigns, website copy, and long‑form educational content
Ensure a consistent, authoritative, and approachable brand voice across every channel and asset
Sales & Marketing Enablement
Build and refresh sales materials including sell sheets, pitch decks, product one‑pagers, and trade show graphics
Partner with the sales team to create assets that help close deals and communicate Loud Spectrum’s value clearly to prospective B2B clients
Strategy & Operations
Own and manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent output cadence across all channels
Track performance metrics across platforms and use data to iterate and improve content strategy over time
Stay current on terpene science, cannabis industry trends, and emerging content formats to keep our brand at the forefront
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of content creation experience — cannabis industry experience is a must; terpene or formulation knowledge is a significant plus
Strong, versatile video skills — you're comfortable on both sides of the camera and proficient in Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, or equivalent editing software
Design proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva Pro
Sharp copywriting instincts with the ability to translate scientific concepts into compelling, accessible content for a B2B audience
Highly self‑directed — you manage your own time, hit your deadlines, and don't need to be micromanaged
Portfolio that demonstrates range — we want to see short‑form video, long‑form video, static design, and written work
A genuine passion for or curiosity about terpenes, cannabis science, or plant‑based industries
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000 – $80,000 / year, based on experience and portfolio
