This role demands an in-depth understanding of community management, and B2B SaaS customer relations. You'll orchestrate programs that strengthen customer connections and facilitate peer learning, driving product utilization and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage community engagement activities in Gleaniverse
• Implement programs to improve customer knowledge and use cases
• Work with Product and Marketing to communicate updates
• Create community guidelines and toolkits for internal use
• Analyze community metrics to evaluate and enhance impact
Requirements:
• 8+ years in community management or similar roles
• Skilled in program design and execution, with measurable results
• Strong communication skills tailored for varied audiences
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management abilities
• Experience with analytics tools and passion for AI
