Showcase the impactful stories of Doulos Hope as the Communications Manager. Lead a creative team aboard the ship, managing communications and media relations as you travel port to port.
As the Global Connections Department Head, you will oversee a small team dedicated to bringing the ship's ministry to life through compelling writing, design, and media. This role requires effective management skills and a creative mindset to present Doulos Hope to international audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the onboard Global Connections team and activities
• Ensure timely provision of resources for ministry at each port
• Develop new communication strategies and concepts
• Maintain proper use of ship brand and policies
• Submit a portfolio showcasing your work with application
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing small creative teams
• Relevant training in marketing and communications
• Effective communication skills in English
• Sponsorship support from a dedicated team
• Creativity and flexibility in project management
