Job PurposeThe CNH Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) will align cross‑functionally with our dealer network, marketing team, and regional sales team(s) to increase marketing success and drive growth. The RMM builds and maintains relationships with the dealer channel as a trusted partner and marketing resource.
In this role, the RMM works collaboratively with Case IH and New Holland dealers to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to meet business goals. The RMM is a steward, cultivator, and protector of the Case IH and New Holland brands while empowering dealers through a consultative approach with marketing strategies, insights and tools to support dealer success.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Case IH North American Dealer Network to develop strategic marketing plans to drive business success.
- Proactively partner with Case IH territory sales and support teams.
- Share local market knowledge, marketing best practices and custom solutions to support dealer goals.
- Use all data channels available both internally and externally to inform dealer marketing strategy.
- Serve as marketing liaison for proper use and monitoring of all trademark issues, brand guidelines, advertising standards, etc.
- Plan dealer trainings and information sharing, including quarterly webinars and periodic marketing sessions.
- Provide guidance for in‑store marketing and promotions.
- Understand and promote a holistic approach to marketing the full product lifecycle, including Whole goods, Capital, Parts and Service.
- Support dealers through internal Case IH systems, including the Digital Asset Manager (DAM), Dealer Portal, social media platforms, co‑op claims site and more.
- Increase dealer awareness and utilization of marketing tools and resources available from Case IH.
- Educate dealers about the co‑op program and marketing funds available.
- Collaborate with marketing communications team to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of key communication initiatives supporting dealer marketing plans.
- Use dealer feedback, voice‑of‑customer data and regional market insights to understand audience needs and regional market opportunities.
- Develop, implement and report on marketing strategies, campaign assets and tactics that enhance dealer engagement and utilization.
- Evaluate local partnership opportunities, including sponsor ships, community engagement and brand placements.
- Assist with local photo/video shoots to capture regional content and marketing assets.
- Identify marketing opportunities and coordinate collaboration and content with approved local influencers.
- Leverage local media opportunities to enhance regional and dealer messaging.
- Ensure representation, knowledge sharing and alignment across marketing and regional sales teams.
- Support opportunities for enhancing the relationship between sales, marketing and dealers.
- Provide input throughout annual marketing communication strategic planning process.
- Deliver a positive Case IH and New Holland brand experience at regional trade shows and events, dealer engagements, sponsorship activations, and more.
