Reporting to the Director of Growth & Revenue Marketing, you will lead the development of comprehensive CRM campaigns. Your efforts will enhance customer journeys and significantly contribute to booking growth. Key duties include audience segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analysis to inform future strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize customer acquisition and retention campaigns

• Build audience segments within the CRM and manage workflows

• Conduct A/B tests to improve marketing effectiveness

• Analyze campaign results for actionable insights

• Prepare reporting templates for streamlined communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in CRM or growth marketing

• Experience with marketing automation tools;
Braze expertise is beneficial

• Ability to create engaging customer journeys and workflows

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related area is advantageous
