Mammoth is looking for a Project Manager to drive client-facing projects across various marketing disciplines in Whitehorse, Yukon. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, deliverables, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams. We value a proactive approach to problem-solving and seek someone with 3+ years of project management experience to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from kickoff to completion

• Build and maintain project plans and timelines

• Lead client meetings and status updates

• Coordinate team members and external partners

• Review deliverables for quality and alignment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management or agency work

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience using project management tools like Asana

• Comfort with shifting priorities

• Ability to work in the Whitehorse office at least 3 days a week
