Manager of Individual Giving at Royal MTC

Lead impactful fundraising with Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre as the Manager, Individual Giving in Winnipeg. Drive annual giving programs and build lasting relationships with donors to inspire philanthropic support.

Royal MTC seeks a relationship-driven professional to manage individual giving initiatives. This full-time role focuses on portfolio management, donor recognition, and identifying future major gift prospects. You'll also collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling fundraising communications that resonate with supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a portfolio of individual donors

• Lead annual giving and donor renewal programs

• Create meaningful donor experiences encouraging long-term support

• Develop fundraising communications with Marketing & Communications team

• Identify and qualify future major gift prospects

Requirements:

• Minimum three years' fundraising experience

• Proven success in cultivating and soliciting individual donors

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with CRM systems;
Tessitura knowledge is a plus

• Passion for theatre and the arts is valuable
