Position: Strategic Marketing Analytics Lead - Full-Funnel Growth

Payworks is seeking a Marketing Performance & Analytics Specialist in Winnipeg to own full-funnel analytics, attribution, and performance reporting across all demand streams. You will translate data into clear recommendations on where to invest, scale, or redirect budget to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.

You’ll analyze across channels, audiences, and the entire funnel, making the case for changes to optimize ROI and growth.
