Work with stakeholders on Omnichannel (Direct-to-Consumers & Retail Partners) plans & execution
Work with external agencies to deliver activations to reach & educate more Parents
Collaborate internally to ensure short and long-term business success:
This role will collaborate with many different functional stakeholders to ensure business success, including Sales, Product Management, Operation, Finance, Global Marketing, Ecommerce, etc.
Support management of marketing budget, including purchase order processes and spend tracking
Support planning processes from annual business planning to in-year planning cycles
Support other initiatives and deliverables as necessary

Required education and experience:
University degree a MUST. Business degree preferred
0-2 years work experience. Internship work experience preferred as minimum
Ideally have work experience with consumer goods & consumer brands
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Apps. Ideally have experience with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) that can execute marketing creatives (i.e. video cut downs, imagery work, etc.)
Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit
Hands-on & strong attention to detail
Excellent, succinct communication skills
