About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice-President, Marketing to join its corporate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the marketing function at a corporate level, as well as providing shared marketing services to the company's operating subsidiaries. This role involves leading the integration of marketing initiatives, supporting the development and expansion of products and services, and ensuring alignment with the business and brand strategy.

The Vice-President will also be part of the leadership group that develops the integrated brand strategy and transition plans for the company's operating and legacy brands.

Key responsibilities for the Vice-President, Marketing include the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing plans and budgets, the establishment of marketing as a shared service, and the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels. The role requires the management of product and service launches, driving differentiation, and leading the creation of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree in marketing, business, management, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in senior marketing roles.

Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is an asset, as is a proven track record in leading and managing people. The candidate should be a collaborative leader, comfortable with ambiguity, and adept at mobilizing teams to achieve shared goals.
