Performance Marketing
Scopely is hiring a remote, full-time Performance Marketing Manager, Forecasting & Market Intelligence, to support its Performance Marketing team in Canada. The role focuses on forecasting, competitive intelligence, and market research for upcoming and active game titles.
Responsibilities
Build first-pass performance marketing forecasts, including install curves, geographic assumptions, channel mix, paid and organic acquisition, and launch phasing.
Develop comparable game peer sets, maintain cost-per-install benchmarks and degradation curves, and create sensitivity analyses.
Track competitor acquisition investment, creative trends, app-store movement, launch performance, and regional market signals.
Incorporate research, testing, beta acquisition, and soft-launch learnings into forecast assumptions.
Document assumptions, sources, versions, confidence levels, and open questions.
Partner with Performance Marketing, Product, Strategic Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and other stakeholders; identify gaps and improve forecasting methods.
Qualifications
Experience in performance marketing, growth, marketing analytics, strategy, market intelligence, or a similar analytical role; mobile games, apps, or consumer digital experience is preferred.
Understanding of mobile user acquisition metrics and economics, including CPI, LTV, ROAS, retention, organic acquisition, channel mix, and attribution.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including analytical models, sensitivity analyses, and forecast frameworks.
Ability to validate assumptions, work with multiple data sources, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with tools such as Sensor Tower, data.ai, App Magic, Looker, Apps Flyer, or Adjust is an asset.
Compensation
For candidates in British Columbia, the annual base salary range is CAD $75,000-$137,000. Base pay may vary with job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Equity, bonuses, and benefits may also be available.
