Bankjoy seeks an experienced manager to lead Elevate, regional events, trade shows, conferences, league events, and executive dinners. You will coordinate webinars, social content, campaigns, and a busy marketing calendar. The role connects event planning with client engagement, pipeline, and brand impact across fintech and credit union audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop event strategies aligned with business goals and pipeline
- Lead Elevate planning, vendors, sponsors, logistics, and onsite execution
- Manage 15 to 20 industry events annually
- Set meeting goals and follow up with event leads
- Track budgets, results, attendee satisfaction, and ROI
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field
- Five years' corporate event planning or event marketing experience
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience managing budgets and reporting ROI
- Experience with Cvent, Eventbrite, Hub Spot, Asana, Trello, or webinar platforms
