Marketing Coordinator needed for property content, photography, and organized project support at Forthright Properties. This is a full-time position.

Forthright Properties seeks a Marketing Coordinator for hands-on marketing and leasing work. You will create and review content, coordinate vendors, maintain calendars, and support reporting. The position combines creativity, organization, detail focus, and follow-through across varied projects.

• Create and publish social, website, listing, and newsletter content
• Capture property and event photography and assist with editing
• Maintain content calendars for communications
• Coordinate signage, printing, advertising, and promotional materials
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and community initiatives

• Strong organization while managing multiple projects and priorities
• Photography experience with basic editing skills
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency
• Adobe, Canva, or similar creative tool experience
• Portfolio featuring photography, design, content, or relevant work
