Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional nursing services to designated patients
• Administer prescribed medical treatments effectively

• Coordinate patient care and discharge processes
• Direct students and health care aides in care
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved LPN program
• Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba
• Experience in geriatrics and chronic illness care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
