Position: Part Time Registered Nurse at Extendicare
Join Extendicare as a part time Registered Nurse (RN) and deliver exceptional resident care through leadership and teamwork. Play a pivotal role in developing care plans, supporting staff, and ensuring quality service delivery.

As a valued member of the Registered Nursing team, you will engage with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate and enhance resident care. This role requires strong leadership skills and compassion, along with the ability to guide nursing and personal care staff effectively. You'll also support the training of new team members while managing resident care assignments to ensure timely services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with care providers to develop and review resident care plans

• Lead and supervise nursing and personal care staff effectively

• Train and orient new nursing team members

• Coordinate care assignments for the nursing team

Requirements:

• Must be a currently registered RN with provincial College of Nurses

• Display compassion, professionalism, and respect

• Proficient in English reading, writing, and communication
