Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse at Sunnybrook

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients effectively in the Operating Room

• Intervene and advocate for patient needs

• Educate patients and families about procedures

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Uphold the principles of person-centred care

Requirements:

• Current Ontario Registration with College of Nurses

• Current B.C.L.S. Certificate

• Completed post-graduate O.R. certificate

• Recent related Operating Room experience

• Knowledge of Aseptic Technique and physical assessment
