Position: Nurse Practitioner for Manitoba Spine Clinic

As a Nurse Practitioner with Shared Health, you will apply advanced nursing knowledge to offer clinical care, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe pharmacologic agents. Your expertise will contribute significantly to health promotion and illness prevention as you work within a multidisciplinary team at the Health Sciences Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests autonomously

• Prescribe medications and perform minor invasive procedures

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams

• Teach and mentor others in nursing practices

• Engage in health promotion and complex care evaluation

Requirements:

• Master's of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner Stream required

• Active RN registration with CRNM

• Knowledge of Canadian Nurses Association Code of Ethics

• Effective communication skills in clinical settings

• Preference for Indigenous language competency
