Golden Door Geriatric Centre is searching for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care for geriatric residents. In this role, you will take the lead on comprehensive assessments, develop and implement tailored care plans, and collaborate with Care Coordinators and healthcare teams. Prioritize safety, uphold resident rights, and actively participate in team meetings and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments according to RAI/MDS standards

• Monitor resident health and communicate updates

• Document care plans and nursing interventions diligently

• Help maintain complete and compliant health records

• Lead and support new staff training when necessary
Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program

• Current registration with applicable nursing regulatory body

• Preferred: 3 years geriatric clinical experience
