Position: Nurse 2 - Geriatric Rehabilitation Role
Elevate geriatric care standards as a Nurse 2 in rehabilitation at our Manitoba facility. This in-person role is designed for those with strong communication and nursing skills.

As a Nurse 2, you will leverage your nursing education and experience to provide outstanding care to geriatric patients. Adhering to ethical standards and healthcare regulations will be part of your daily responsibilities. Your ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks will enhance patient recovery and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement patient care plans in rehab

• Maintain effective communication with patients and team members

• Ensure adherence to relevant health regulations

• Assist patients in adapting to rehabilitation processes

• Manage multiple patient care demands efficiently

Requirements:

• Graduate from a Registered Nursing education program

• Proof of registration with CRNM

• CPR certification according to employer's policies

• Hospital experience is an asset

• Must meet physical workload demands
