Join Golden Door Geriatric Centre as a Registered Nurse in Winnipeg. Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team on night shifts.

This 0.7 FTE position invites skilled RNs to engage in comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and implement personalized interventions. You will also be responsible for medication administration, effective communication with families, and the maintenance of accurate health documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct resident assessments using RAI/MDS standards

• Monitor daily health changes and communicate updates

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications according to prescriptions

• Document assessments and care plans accurately

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

• Current registration with Manitoba nursing colleges

• Preferred: 3 years in geriatric care
