In this vital role, you will provide professional nursing care under the guidance of Health Services Management. Candidates should possess a post-graduate course in ICU Nursing or relevant ICU experience coupled with a current CRNM registration. Your leadership and communication skills will enhance the care provided to patients facing critical situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide independent nursing services for critically ill patients
• Administer medical treatments as prescribed
• Lead and coordinate patient care initiatives
• Document and report patient conditions accurately
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Current registration with CRNM and BLS Level C
• Proven experience in ICU nursing or completion of related courses
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Capacity to handle stress and demanding workloads
