Registered Nurse PACU Shared Health

Enhance patient care as a Registered Nurse in the PACU at Shared Health in Winnipeg, where you will manage complex health needs and coordinate care effectively.
As part of the Adult PACU/MS3 Day Surgery team, you will deliver skilled nursing services under the supervision of the Manager Health Services. Applicants should have at least two years of acute care experience, preferably in PACU or critical care settings, to ensure exceptional patient treatment and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide independent nursing services for complex patients

• Administer prescribed medical treatments effectively

• Facilitate coordination of patient care and discharge

• Lead healthcare team efforts in the PACU

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
Requirements:

• Two years of acute care experience required

• Graduate of an approved nursing program

• Certification in Adult Critical Care or PACU

• Active registration with CRNM required

• Current Basic Life Support certification needed
