Your responsibilities include administering medical treatments, leading the healthcare team, and ensuring proper coordination of discharge processes. You will also mentor and oversee junior nursing staff and participate in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver registered nursing services to patients

• Coordinate patient care and discharge plans

• Administer medical treatments as prescribed

• Train and supervise nursing students and aides

• Follow established safety and health protocols
Requirements:

• Approved nursing educational program graduate

• Valid registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba

• Background in geriatrics and chronic illness care

• Adherence to nursing standards and ethics

• Ability to prioritize under pressure
