Shared Health is seeking a skilled General Duty Nurse for the Patient Care PACU/MS3 unit. This position requires two years of acute care experience, preferably with PACU or critical care background. You will provide comprehensive nursing care while working in a quick-paced workplace, attending to patients’ needs with attention to detail and team-oriented spirit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in PACU/MS3
- Monitor patient status and implement care plans
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members
- Adapt quickly to changing patient conditions
- Ensure adherence to nursing practice standards
- Two years of acute care nursing experience
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program
- Completion of Adult Critical Care Nursing or PACU Course
- Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
- Current BLS certification required
